  1. Clean your breasts.
  2. Lean forward slightly, loosen the drawstring, then stick adhesive wing on both sides of your breasts.

  4. Press gently over the outer surface of the whole bra with both hands.

HOW TO WASH IT:

  1. Hand washes with mild detergent and water.
  2. Rinse the bra with warm water.
  3. Air-dry it in the shade and dry places.
  4. Cover with original plastic protective film after it is completely dry

    Fit is really good. Its usually hard for me to order bras online because I’m a B sometimes C other times. I went ahead and ordered the C and it fit amazing! Really good quality adhesive that doesn’t hurt when removed. Works just as well as the more expensive brand bras like this do.

    It took a long time to get to the U.S. but the quality is good and it is just as the pictures. It sticks but keep the plastic it comes with and place it back on after you use and clean it to make it last longer
