This is a great waist trainer. This is my 2nd one because I loss weigh with the 1st one so I had to buy a smaller size. Its so comfortable and I can breathe great in it. I wear it all day long. When I take if off when I get home my stomach is so flat. It’s like I’m really training my waist cause I see the difference.

I looooooooove it. Im 5’1, about 300lbs. size 16/18. I purchased 5XL in black. I put it up to the lights in my ceiling so y’all can see how breathable the fabric is (but it is not see-through so that’s good) It has 2 layers of different stretchy fabric around the belly. The crotch area is long and wide which is super convenient. Straps are adjustable. Its really smooths you out. Highly recommend !!

Plus size ladies get this! I was amazed that it shaped me into my hourglass shape. It was pretty firm control but doesn’t smash your belly and won’t completely take it away but I look amazing in dresses with this on. It fits well, the straps are removable which is good for me. It was absolutely amazing and I am ordering another in black. I am 5,9” and over 300 pounds. I had no problem with the fit. The only downside is you can see the lines from this on your butt in thinner clothing which I really didn’t like. Go ahead girl, add this to your wardrobe.

I was very pleased with the construction of this shapewear, it tucked in all the right places and the front hook and eye closures made it a breeze to get on and off. I used the straps but was pleasantly surprised to find they were removable if desired, although the effect of the shapewear with straps was excellent on the back.
This does run small. I’m a size 16 US women’s Jean/dress and purchased the 5x with a good fit.
