    My advice is to measure your waist,it is not so much about ,how much you weigh but how big your waist is,because everyone is shaped different.Then look at the size chart they have and order based a right size for you. That’s what I did and it worked for me.

    These are my first thoughts/impressions on these booty lifting shape wear panties. Once I’ve worn them for the event I’m going to, I’ll update: *Surprisingly cute. Husband Man approves and appreciates, as do I. The stretch lace cheeks are comfy and pretty. *Tough but not too tight feeling waist band and sturdy stitching. The material definitely holds and smooths, I didn’t even notice at first because it matches my skin tone very well. Just don’t want anyone to be shocked that their behind is suddenly a different hue.I wore them with a smoothing camis for about 11 hours. There was absolutely NO sliding or rolling down. My camis wanted to scrunch up when worn over the panty, so I ended up tucking the camis into the panty and everything stayed in place. All day and I didn’t feel overheated, I didn’t feel overly squished. I’m thoroughly happy with this shape wear and have already ordered more from this company!
