    Shipping was really fast, the material is incredible I was scared the hooks wasn’t going to be sturdy and fall or pop off but they didn’t so incredibly tough and sturdy, don’t spend your money on 20-50$ waist trainers, this one does wanders and it keeps everything sucked in. I never was above 27 inches around my waist but after I gave birth my waist was 31 inches but is now 30 1/2 inches and I have a size small.
